Admissions Policy
The following are necessary for admission:

Original Birth Certificate (Your child must be 5 years old
by September 30th of the year entering kindergarten or 6
years old by September 30th of the year entering first
grade.)

Tuition Agreement

Code Sheet

Physician’s Health Form

Previous school records (if available)

Baptismal Certificate (recommended) - if not already on
file
Transfer students who meet the admissions
requirements of Infant Jesus School and transfer from another school are
accepted on a 2-week to 3-month probation status.
Agreement
By
registering at Infant Jesus School, parents and students contract with
the school to abide by its guidelines, rules, regulations, and
policies. The education of a student is a partnership between the
parents and the school. Just as the parent has the right to withdraw a
child if desired, the school administration reserves the right to
require the withdrawal of a student if the administration determines
that the partnership is irretrievably broken.
